Are you a direct door manufacturer?
Yes. PHINO is a doors-only factory with 38,000 m² and 6 production lines — not a trading company. Cutting, CNC, veneering, assembly, finishing and hardware prep are all in-house.
Can you manufacture doors from our drawings?
Yes. Send DWG, PDF, door schedules, BOQs, renderings or sketches. We return DFM feedback, shop drawings and a proposal within 2–3 working days.
Can you customize sizes, materials and finishes?
Fully. Height to 6000mm, any configuration, 20+ wood species, custom colour matching (ΔE ≤ 1.5), glass and hardware — all engineered to your specification.
Do you support OEM and private-label?
Yes. OEM / ODM / private-label for door brands and distributors, under NDA, with neutral or branded packing.
How long is the production lead time?
Samples 10–15 days. Mass production 35–50 days depending on volume and finish. A dated production plan is confirmed with every order.
Do your products meet international standards?
All our products are manufactured to meet international quality standards, including AAMA, EN, and Australian standards. We maintain strict quality control processes and provide full certification documentation for each order.
How do you pack for international shipping?
Export-grade foam, corner guards, moisture barrier and fumigated crates, with container loading photos and packing lists per crate.
